Vision Journal

This Vision Journal can be purchased for your own art journaling, sketching, or writing practice, or to create in during a Healing Arts live workshop session! Vision Journals are created with three sections with divider tabs labeled: Dream, Believe, and Do. These sections create space for you to envision your future goals, work through emotional processing, and room for practical planning. Each section comes with several prompt ideas on the cover to get you started!

These Vision Journals feature a super sturdy black double wire spiral binding with heavy black embossed front and back cover. Each Vision Journal has 80 sheets of premium acid-free, 110 gram (70 lb.) weight, light cream-colored mixed media paper with a fine even surface texture. They lay flat when open and markers don't bleed through the pages! This style of journal at 5 x 7 inches is great for use on the go since they can easily fit in a purse or bag and when ready to use, flip over the used sheets and use the covers to serve as a stiff backing support - no table needed!
