Do I have to share my work? Sharing your work or reflections is optional. Whatever you choose is fine.
Do I have to turn on my camera? Nope, totally up to you. I'll have mine on to guide.
May my loved ones attend with me? Each session may have up to 3 people and Sarah will provide supplies for each person. Please indicate above if you’d like to include 1, 2, or 3 people. If you would like to coordinate a group session for larger than 3 people, please contact me at sarah@sarahkingcreates.com and I’m happy to plan this experience with you.
Do I have to be artistic? No, just willing to create. I'll give step-by-step instructions, accessible to any art level.
Is this therapy? No, I am not a therapist. As a Healing Arts Practitioner, I will serve as a creative guide and a caring witness to your experience. Although I hope you find this session therapeutic in some manner, it is not meant to be a replacement for therapy, but rather a compliment to mental healthcare.
Could children participate? These sessions are most appropriate for tweens, teens, and adults.
What will the theme be? You will get to choose topics of focus topics including Navigating Change/Decision-Making, Stress /Anxiety Relief, Identity, Vision & Dreaming, Navigating Grief/Loss, or other needs you share.
